while it is a real feeling that should be acknowledged, often becomes a habit.  
Acknowledge sadness and where it comes from.  Let it flow.  
Then let it go and be happy.

  1. 🙂 glad my little morning realization helps someone else besides me. it's so true!! ❤ ❤ <3's maybe in a few years we can open a psychotherapy/yoga practice together and babble this stuff to young impressionable girls who need to hear it. just a thought. countdown to england for you!! i swear there IS bacon there.
